Career profile
As a Precision Mechanic, you become an expert in the production and maintenance of precision mechanical components, devices and systems. You work to the highest standards of precision and ensure that machine parts and tools work flawlessly. To do this, you work in a variety of processes including milling, turning, grinding and drilling to process the parts and reach the desired surface quality. As accuracy and precision are so important, CNC machines are often used. After completing your training, you have the opportunity to gain an additional qualification as a skilled electrician for specific tasks. If you are interested in technical subjects and mechanical engineering and enjoy doing practical work, training as a Precision Mechanic could be the perfect choice for you.

- Theory: twice weekly at Balthasar-Neumann-Berufsschule vocational school in Bruchsal
- Practice: in our modern training workshop and experience in various departments
